what you’ll do
As a Technical Operations Intern, you will contribute to bringing Ladder’s vision to life by supporting the development of robust infrastructure as an executive assistant to the CTO.
You will achieve this by:
- Working on a variety of proof of concepts in order to drive the technical strategy of Ladder
- Supporting the implementation of software development methodologies to infrastructure in order to increase security, stability, and scalability
- Writing technical documentation and supporting in all solutions architecture phases
- Providing administrative support to the CTO in all aspects of their operational duties, ranging from project planning, research, architecture documentation, reporting, recruiting, and onboarding.
- Assist with the daily coordination of the CTO’s operations, including managing an active calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, tracking projects, next steps, and action items, following up with stakeholders as required.
- Draft internal and external communications, such as technical specifications, emails, slides, meeting notes, reports and presentations, and documents on behalf of the CTO while manafing technical and administrative content
- Assist with the development and implementation of technical operations processes and procedures.
- Work with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration; being a point of contact between the CTO and other teams.
- Assisting the CTO with proof of concepts in a variety of fields such as blockchain, machine learning, and technical debts within the Ladder codebase.
- Carrying out different test methodologies for Ladder’s technical ecosystem
- Maintain accurate records and documents related to the CTO’s operations.
