🚀 We’re looking for a talented backend engineer to join our team as we build a robo-advisor as a service using artificial intelligence. If you’re passionate, forward-thinking, biased for execution and impact, and excited about the possibilities of AI in finance, we’d love to have you.

about you

• Familiarity with an OOP programming language such as Java, Python or C++
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Ability to think critically and creatively to come up with innovative solutions.
• Ability to articulate ideas and collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals
• Be a fast leaner and ability to adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies is essential

what you’ll do

As a software development trainee, you will contribute to bringing Ladder’s vision to life by supporting development teams to build and ship beautiful, high-performance digital products.

You will achieve this by:

• Debugging and testing code
• Documenting and testing new software applications
• Researching, investigating and fixing a wide range of technical issues
