Role: Marketing Intern

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, tech-savvy self-starter who will collaborate with the marketing team to build and strategize new marketing campaigns. You will be managing different projects and providing support for advertising campaigns. As Marketing Intern, you will build the effort to take Ladder from 1 to 10 through brand development, user acquisition, and engagement. You will contribute to executing our go-to-market strategy, and delivering strategic initiatives across various growth x marketing functions to evolve it, including: product marketing, content marketing, community engagement, events, activations, and partnerships. For this role, what we really want is someone who is smart, a people person, proactive, a quick learner, and knows how to take things beyond the finish line.

Responsibilities

• Implement an effective community engagement and content marketing strategy that aligns with Ladder’s goals and objectives and gain extensive knowledge on user personas
• Develop creative ideas on how to engage our audience online and offline, while organizing various initiatives to cultivate and grow engagement within our community
• Foster a strong sense of community among our users through regular engagement initiatives and interactive content.
• Proactively develop informational content such as tutorials and walkthroughs based on customer queries and market trends to enable customers make the most use out of the Ladder platform
• Monitor community feedback and sentiment to inform marketing strategies and support user satisfaction.
• Contribute to and support the coordination marketing campaigns; design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other multi-channel marketing efforts (digital, press, etc)
• Continuously collect data about target customer segments and personas
• Leverage research and analysis to devise strategies to acquire, retain, and engage our users
• Create and maintain reports with a focus on quantitative marketing metrics and KPIs
